### Subtitle 5. Violations of the Human Trafficking Law

#### Section 13-522

Except as provided in Sec.Sec. 13-503 and 13-524 of this subtitle, an owner's interest in real property may be forfeited if the owner of the real property is convicted of violating Sec. 3-1102 or Sec. 3-1103 of the Criminal Law Article or attempting or conspiring to violate Sec. 3-1102 or Sec. 3-1103 of the Criminal Law Article.
