## Title 13. Gaming -- Local Provisions

### Subtitle 17. Kent County

#### Section 13-1701

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "County commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Kent County.

(c) "Permit" means:

  (1) a multiple gaming device permit issued under Sec. 13-1703 of this subtitle; or

  (2) a raffle permit issued under Sec. 13-1704 of this subtitle.

(d) "Raffle" means a lottery in which a prize is won by a person who buys a paper chance.
