## Title 13. Gaming -- Local Provisions

### Subtitle 18. Montgomery County

#### Section 13-1807

The county may issue an annual bingo license authorizing the holder to conduct bingo at a specified fixed location:

(1) at any time during the year for which the license is issued; but

(2) not to exceed twice in any 1 week.
