The county shall: adopt regulations for the conduct of bingo; establish license fees, based on the administrative cost of regulating bingo and issuing each class of license; and establish the hours of operation for bingo. After a public hearing, the county may revoke a bingo license for failure of the holder to comply with this subtitle or regulations adopted under this subtitle.
