Subtitle 20. Queen Anne's County

To benefit charity in the county or to further its purposes, an entity may conduct bingo if the entity is a bona fide:

(1)

religious organization;

(2)

fraternal organization;

(3)

charitable organization; or

(4)

volunteer fire company operating in a community that does not have a paid fire department.
