In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. “Committee” means the Gambling Permit Review Committee appointed by the county commissioners under § 13-704 of this subtitle. “County commissioners” means the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County. “Gaming event” includes a carnival and a bazaar.
