### Subtitle 3. Sexual Crimes

#### Section 3-323

(a) A person may not knowingly engage in vaginal intercourse with anyone whom the person may not marry under Sec. 2-202 of the Family Law Article.

(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to imprisonment for not less than 1 year and not exceeding 10 years.
