A person may not commit wanton trespass on the property of Government House. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the property of Government House need not be posted against trespass. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
