## Title 10. State Correctional Facilities

### Subtitle 1. Construction of Facilities

#### Section 10-101

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Board" means the Board of Public Works.

(c) "State correctional facility" has the meaning stated in Sec. 11-101 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
