## Title 10. State Correctional Facilities

### Subtitle 1. Construction of Facilities

#### Section 10-105

The Department shall:

(1) represent the Board at the opening of bids for contracts related to construction of a State correctional facility;

(2) tabulate and record the bids; and

(3) advise the Board on the bids.
