### Subtitle 5. Incarcerated Individual Welfare Funds

#### Section 10-502

(a) There is an incarcerated individual welfare fund in each State correctional facility.

(b) A fund may be used only for goods and services that benefit the general incarcerated individual population as defined by regulations that the Department adopts.
