### Subtitle 9. State Correctional Officers' Bill of Rights

#### Section 10-902

(a) The purpose of this subtitle is to establish exclusive procedures for the investigation and discipline of a correctional officer for alleged misconduct.

(b) The disciplinary actions authorized under this subtitle are those authorized under Sec.Sec. 11-104 and 11-105 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
