### Subtitle 2. Safety, Health, and Welfare of Incarcerated Individuals

#### Section 11-204

A county or managing official is not responsible for payment for services or treatment rendered to an incarcerated individual as a result of admission to a State facility for individuals who have mental disorders as defined in Sec. 10-101(i) of the Health - General Article.
