## Title 11. Local Correctional Facilities

### Subtitle 4. Correctional Farms

#### Section 11-401

In this subtitle, "governing body" means:

(1) the county council of a county with a charter form of government established under Article XI-A of the Maryland Constitution; or

(2) the board of county commissioners of any other county.
