## Title 11. Local Correctional Facilities

### Subtitle 6. Alternatives to Incarceration -- Generally

#### Section 11-603

Unless the court directs otherwise, an incarcerated individual shall be confined in the local correctional facility:

(1) when not employed; and

(2) between periods of employment.
