## Title 11. Local Correctional Facilities

### Subtitle 7. Individual County Provisions

#### Section 11-701

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Court" means the Maryland District Court or a circuit court of a county.

(c) "Crime of violence" has the meaning stated in Sec. 14-101 of the Criminal Law Article.
