## Title 11. Local Correctional Facilities

### Subtitle 7. Individual County Provisions

#### Section 11-722

(a) This section applies only in Talbot County.

(b) While confined in the Talbot County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under Sec. 11-602 of this title shall pay:

  (1) court-ordered payments for restitution; and

  (2) the cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual.

(c) The County Council shall:

  (1) establish the per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an incarcerated individual; and

  (2) designate an agent to collect the costs specified in this section.
