This section applies only in Talbot County. While confined in the Talbot County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay: court–ordered payments for restitution; and the cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual. The County Council shall: establish the per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an incarcerated individual; and designate an agent to collect the costs specified in this section.
