## Title 3. Division of Correction

### Subtitle 3. Prerelease Unit for Women

#### Section 3-301

In this subtitle, "eligible individual" means an incarcerated woman who:

(1) is within 36 months of the woman's anticipated release date; and

(2) has prerelease or minimum security status.
