Title 3. Division of Correction

Subtitle 5. Maryland Correctional Enterprises

The Customer Council shall consist of the following 10 members:

(1)

the Chief Executive Officer;

(2)

one representative from each of the following State agencies, appointed by the Secretary of the respective agency:

(i)

the Department of Budget and Management;

(ii)

the Department of General Services;

(iii)

the Maryland Department of Health;

(iv)

the Department of Human Services;

(v)

the Department of Transportation; and

(vi)

the Maryland Higher Education Commission; and

(3)

three customers recommended by the Chief Executive Officer and appointed by the Governor.
