The Customer Council shall consist of the following 10 members: the Chief Executive Officer; one representative from each of the following State agencies, appointed by the Secretary of the respective agency: the Department of Budget and Management; the Department of General Services; the Maryland Department of Health; the Department of Human Services; the Department of Transportation; and the Maryland Higher Education Commission; and three customers recommended by the Chief Executive Officer and appointed by the Governor.
