### Subtitle 6. Incarcerated Individuals -- Case Records; Disciplinary Action; Property; Financial Accounts

#### Section 3-603

The managing official of a correctional facility shall present a copy of an incarcerated individual's case record maintained under Sec. 3-601 of this subtitle, or a summary of the record, to the Maryland Parole Commission:

(1) by the time the incarcerated individual becomes eligible for parole; and

(2) at other times on request.
