### Subtitle 6. Incarcerated Individuals -- Case Records; Disciplinary Action; Property; Financial Accounts

#### Section 3-605

If, in the trial of a criminal case, the fact that an individual was previously convicted of a crime is admissible in evidence, the case record maintained under Sec. 3-601 of this subtitle is admissible in evidence to prove the fact of the conviction and of the crime for which the individual was convicted.
