### Subtitle 7. Diminution Credits

#### Section 3-710

If an incarcerated individual in the Patuxent Institution or a correctional facility in the Division is admitted to a mental health facility under Sec. 10-614 of the Health - General Article, the incarcerated individual may be allowed diminution credits under this subtitle.
