## Title 7. Parole, Release on Mandatory Supervision, and Executive Clemency

### Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions

#### Section 7-102

This title does not apply to:

(1) an incarcerated individual retained in the custody of Patuxent Institution for:

  (i) examination to determine if the incarcerated individual is an eligible person, as defined in Sec. 4-101 of this article; or

  (ii) confinement as an eligible person under Title 4 of this article; or

(2) a juvenile committed to the jurisdiction of the Department of Juvenile Services or an institution or facility under its jurisdiction.
