## Title 7. Parole, Release on Mandatory Supervision, and Executive Clemency

### Subtitle 3. Eligibility for Parole; Parole Hearings

#### Section 7-302

The Commission or the Commission's hearing examiners shall hear cases for parole release:

(1) at least once each month at each correctional facility in the Division of Correction; and

(2) as often as necessary at other correctional facilities in the State at which incarcerated individuals eligible for parole consideration are confined.
