In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. “Approved standards” means the standards described in § 8-103(b) of this subtitle. “Commission” means the Maryland Commission on Correctional Standards. “Minimum mandatory standards” means the standards described in § 8-103(a) of this subtitle.
