## Title 8. State and Local Correctional System -- Generally

### Subtitle 7. Community Service Programs

#### Section 8-701

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Crime of violence" has the meaning stated in Sec. 14-101 of the Criminal Law Article.

(c) "Participating agency" means any institution, association, or governmental unit described in Sec. 8-705(a) of this subtitle that provides work projects for a community service program.
