An incarcerated individual may not falsely imprison an individual who: is employed by a correctional facility; performs volunteer work for a correctional facility; performs duties in a correctional facility by virtue of federal, State, or local government employment; or performs duties in a correctional facility by virtue of a contract with a local government or the federal or State government. An incarcerated individual who violates this section is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 years. A sentence imposed under this section may not be suspended.
