### Subtitle 1. Maryland Economic Development Corporation

#### Section 10-103

A project financed under this subtitle may not include property that is eligible to be financed under Subtitle 3 of this title if any bonds issued under this subtitle to finance the property would be payable or guaranteed, directly or indirectly, by an "educational institution" or a "health care institution" as those terms are defined in Sec. 10-301 of this title.
