The Corporation shall establish an investment committee. The Corporation shall adopt regulations establishing: the responsibilities of the investment committee; and the procedures for the appointment of investment committee members. Members of the investment committee shall be geographically representative of the locations of low–income communities in the State. The investment committee shall prioritize projects that are owned or operated by entities that have their principal place of business in the State.
