## Title 10. Statewide Development Resources and Revenue Authorities

### Subtitle 1. Maryland Economic Development Corporation

#### Section 10-152

A grantee may be subject to repayment of the grant in an amount determined by the Corporation if the grantee fails to:

(1) comply with reporting requirements established by the Corporation; or

(2) demonstrate appropriate use of grant funds.
