## Title 10. Statewide Development Resources and Revenue Authorities

### Subtitle 2. Maryland Food Center Authority

#### Section 10-228

(a) Each year, the Authority shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.

(b) The report shall include a financial statement covering the operations of developments during the preceding fiscal year.
