## Title 10. Statewide Development Resources and Revenue Authorities

### Subtitle 4. Maryland Technology Development Corporation

#### Section 10-425

(a) A recipient of financial assistance under Sec. 10-423(b)(3) of this subtitle shall provide matching funds or in-kind contributions for the project at least equal to the financial assistance awarded.

(b) The Board may waive the requirement of subsection (a) of this section for good cause shown.
