### Subtitle 4. Maryland Technology Development Corporation

#### Section 10-426

Unless two-thirds of the membership of the Board approve, the Board may not award financial assistance within a single county under Sec. 10-423(b)(3) of this subtitle that exceeds a total of $1,000,000 in a single fiscal year.
