In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated. “Board” means the Human–Relevant Research Review Board established under § 10–4D–04 of this subtitle. “Corporation” has the meaning stated in § 10–401 of this title. “Fund” means the Human–Relevant Research Fund.
