## Title 10. Statewide Development Resources and Revenue Authorities

### Subtitle 8. Maryland Clean Energy Center

#### Section 10-826

(a) On or before December 1 of each year, the Center shall report to the Governor, the Administration, and, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.

(b) The report shall include:

  (1) a complete operating and financial statement covering the Center's operations;

  (2) a summary of the Center's activities during the preceding fiscal year;

  (3) a summary of the Center's activities specific to clean energy innovation; and

  (4) a summary of the Center's activities specific to the Green and Renewable Energy Efficiency for Nonprofits Loan Program established under Sec. 10-863 of this subtitle, including:

    (i) the total number of loans awarded;

    (ii) the total monetary value of the loans awarded;

    (iii) the average term of loans in the loan portfolio;

    (iv) the estimated annual energy savings, in kilowatt-hours, resulting from measures associated with loans in the loan portfolio; and

    (v) the estimated reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, in metric tons, associated with loans in the loan portfolio.
