## Title 11. Military Installation Support

### Subtitle 3. Local Redevelopment Authorities

#### Section 11-317

The authority may:

(1) borrow money to finance costs of a project or for any other corporate purpose of the authority;

(2) mortgage or otherwise encumber its property or revenues for the loan; and

(3) combine projects for financing.
