## Title 12. Local Development Authorities and Resources

### Subtitle 12

#### Section 12-1201

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Authority" means the Suitland Development Authority.

(c) "Board" means the Board of Directors of the Authority.

(d) "Buffer zone" means the area within 250 yards of the target area.

(e) "Target area" means the Suitland Road and Silver Hill Road corridor in Prince George's County.
