## Title 12. Local Development Authorities and Resources

### Subtitle 8. Baltimore County -- West Baltimore County Redevelopment Authority

#### Section 12-806

(a) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, the county is authorized, by law, to delegate to the Authority any or all of the powers granted to the county under Sec. 12-803 of this subtitle.

(b) The Authority may make recommendations to the county on issues related to the county's power of eminent domain.

(c) The county may not delegate the power of eminent domain to the Authority.
