Title 4. Tourism, Film, and the Arts

Subtitle 3. Maryland Film Office

The Office may:

(1)

ask any State or local governmental unit for assistance and information to carry out this subtitle;

(2)

accept a gift, bequest, or grant from a public or private source for any of the purposes of this subtitle;

(3)

spend money made available in accordance with the State budget for any of the purposes of this subtitle; and

(4)

do any other act necessary to carry out this subtitle.
