## Title 5. Economic Development and Financial Assistance Programs

### Subtitle 22. Maryland New Start Microloan Program

#### Section 5-2201

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Covered individual" has the meaning stated in Sec. 11-606 of the Labor and Employment Article.

(c) "Fund" means the Maryland New Start Microloan Program Fund.

(d) "Program" means the Maryland New Start Microloan Program.
