## Title 5. Economic Development and Financial Assistance Programs

### Subtitle 26. Maryland Aerospace and Technology Commission

#### Section 5-2608

(a) On or before October 1 each year, the Commission shall submit a report to the Governor, the Maryland Economic Development Commission, and, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.

(b) The report shall include:

  (1) a summary of the activities of the Commission during the preceding fiscal year;

  (2) a current copy of the strategic plan developed under Sec. 5-2606 of this subtitle; and

  (3) an update on progress in implementing the strategic plan developed under this subtitle.
