## Title 5. Economic Development and Financial Assistance Programs

### Subtitle 3. Maryland Economic Development Assistance Authority and Fund

#### Section 5-306

(a) The Authority consists of the individuals serving as members of the Maryland Industrial Development Financing Authority under Sec. 5-406 of this title.

(b) The members of the Authority shall be appointed in accordance with Sec. 5-407 of this title.
