## Title 5. Economic Development and Financial Assistance Programs

### Subtitle 5. Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority

#### Section 5-519

The Authority may use the Fund for:

(1) loan guaranties made under Sec. 5-520(a) of this subtitle;

(2) equity investment guaranties made under Sec. 5-520(b) of this subtitle;

(3) direct loans made under Sec. 5-520(c) of this subtitle; and

(4) expenses for administrative, legal, actuarial, and other services.
