Title 6. Economic Development Tax Incentives

Subtitle 8. More Jobs for Marylanders Program

(a)

There is a More Jobs for Marylanders Program in the Department.

(b)

The purpose of the Program is to:

(1)

incentivize the creation of new manufacturing jobs in the State; and

(2)

attract new businesses to and encourage the expansion of existing businesses within opportunity zones.
