## Title 11. Maryland Higher Education Commission

### Subtitle 11. Maryland Higher Education Outreach and College Access Program

#### Section 11-1101

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Nonprofit organization" means an organization that is exempt or eligible for exemption from taxation under Sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

(c) "Program" means the Maryland Higher Education Outreach and College Access Program.
