In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. “Grant” means an apprenticeship incentive grant that is awarded to an apprenticeship sponsor under this subtitle. “Grant recipient” means a person or entity that receives a grant under this subtitle. “Program” means the Apprenticeship Incentive Program.
