Title 18. Student Financial Assistance

Subtitle 18. Apprenticeship Incentive Program

If a Youth Apprenticeship Program is established under the authority granted under this subtitle, the Secretary of Labor may:

(1)

Determine the amount that is needed to fund the grants awarded under this subtitle; and

(2)

Submit this information to the Department of Budget and Management for inclusion in the annual budget.
