### Subtitle 40. Fallen Transportation Workers Scholarship Program

#### Section 18-4002

(a) There is a Fallen and Surviving Transportation Workers Scholarship Program.

(b) The purpose of the Program is to provide tuition assistance to a student who was impacted by an accident involving a fallen transportation worker or a surviving transportation worker.
